For jeans purchased at innovatewebdesign.net (hereinafter referred to as “this Website”), if you are dissatisfied with the product or encounter quality issues, you may request a refund or return in accordance with the following terms.

1. Return Conditions
   Products must remain unworn and unwashed, and must be returned in their original, intact packaging.
   Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
   Customized or promotional items may not be eligible for return; please refer to the product page descriptions for specific details.
   If the product has quality defects or if the wrong item was shipped, this Website will cover the return shipping costs; for returns due to other reasons, the shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
